We do feel that penalised for their clerical mistakes.
When we booked the campervan in August 2009 we were not told of any extra charge for hire before 4th Jan 2010 - but had to pay extra money and also for picking it up after 1pm.
Hey there, checking our records, yes we did ask you to pay for the after hours service fee of NZ$60. Our reservations team simply missed that the 4th Jan was still a public holiday in NZ. Afterall, we did employ one staff just to be with you and they did receive NZ$60 for that service from us. However, after a brief discussion, you were refunded those NZ$60. Not sure why you think that you have been charged for that service. We would like to mention that Wendekreisen does not charge any hidden costs.
