Excellent facilities in communal, clean, warm carpeted rooms - large with baby toys which was brilliant for our 10 month old to crawl around in and play after a very long drive.
Pool too cold to use.

Overestimation of time to complete given which was fine - said 2 1/2 hours - took 1 hour carrying 10 month old in backpack, but was tough uphills at times.
Lovely lush vegetation and gorgeous golden beach at end but bit long to wait for pick up with baby and no shelter or facilities till back.

No problems with organisation side from home - nice rep and helpful at airport/Queenstown pick up.
Poor side - fridge didn't work so delayed start of trip to fix but still very helpful when got replacement at Christchurch.

Were there late aftn for 1 night.
No pool so used adjacent alpine spa/thermal pools which were fantastic. Clean tidy toilets and small room for internet etc and small kids play area.

Steep to begin with but easy relaxed climb otherwise - again carrying heavy baby. Great panoramic 360 degree views of Wanaka, 2 lakes and valleys.

Luge was fun - better than looks! Nice centre at top of gondola ride with good facilities, cafe and great views.

Can't fault company - clean good size boat wtih good facilities and free tea and coffee - just shame about low lying fog covering Mitre Peak!
Good commentary, fun friendly staff. Price better for 3 hour trip than expected.

Excellent play facilities outdoors - could do with indoor play area for babies/crawlers though Nice pool with good shallow end, same as others - good facilities for showers, laundry etc.
Nice clean tidy sites. Good size plots. Vey friendly and helpful staff on site -bonus.

Excellent, exhilirating experience of a lifetime!
Very helful staff with good advice re choice of swim there compared to the North Island. Great briefing with excellent video pre-swim. 4 swims at different sites - 100% success!
