We’ve stayed here in December 2017, just before the holidays starts so it wasn’t busy.
Beautiful place next to the beach. Friendly staff. Nice pitches with oceanview. The showers and toilets needs renovation. It wasn’t very clean but that won’t hold us going back sometime. We travelled with a self contained camper.

We have stayed here in December 2017 just before the holidays started.
We arrived around 2 pm so we could choose a nice spot. It became busy after 5 pm. One toilet at the beginning of the parking. Sadly swimming in Lake Taupo wasn’t allowed when we were there so we left after 1 night. The traffic on the road wasn’t disturbing.
