Enjoyed our stay here!
Spaces are limited but it's a quiet area. We were the only ones theres when we arrived till another vehicle came. The price includes access to the gardens which are pretty cool, and much bigger than I first thought! Very very basic toilet and kitchen facilities. A washing machine is available, along with a clothesline. The grounds are well maintained. Good place for a cheap stay.

Enjoued our stay here.
Great facilities. Multiple toilets/ bathrooms/ laundry areas. Two sky TV's available 24/7. The games room is pretty cool. And a nice big kitchen area. The male owner is a bit odd, walked into the women's bathroom twice during my stay, at weird times, saying "clean up" or something similar. Felt a bit uncomfortable but nothing major. Would still come back.

Definately one of the bigger and better places we stayed.
Pricey, but they all are in Queenstown. Had great facilities, a big laundry, big open kitchen/dining areas, and a Tv room. Heaps of showers ans sinks. Also, breakfast is quite enjoyable out on the picnic tables with a view like that. The skyline gondolas/luge is a 5 minute walk away. And town is 5-10mins away as well. We stayed two nights we loved it so much.

Highly recommend!
We arrived at 8.30pm and the friendly owner was able to give us 4 powered sites in a row. Has all the facilities needed. Hot showers! Clean bathrooms and a laundry. Fresh water at most sites and a couple dump stations available. I would definately come back, mainly because the lady was so nice!

We loved this campsite.
Great facilities available. Ping pong table was awesome. Tidy kitchen and laundry. Awesome bathrooms with a nice warm heater! Dump station is in a good spot. Staff were very friendly.

We enjoyed our stay here.
Awesome price! We arrived very late and were able to get 4 powered sites near each other, and right by the second toilets! The owner was very friendly. Good facilities. Theres a radio/speakers in the bathroom which was pretty cool.
Negatives are, the location of the dump station. It's right next to the stairs as you enter the kitchen. And also, there isn't much lighting throughout the park. So as we arrived late, it was hard setting up and finding our sites in the dark. Other than that, I's still definately come back.

Good place to stay.
Toilets available although I used our own. We got in very late and just paid with the envelopes and forms located when you drive in. Not too bad for $8pp, stunning view during the day. We got some awesome photos. Bring insect repellant as it's close to water. Heaps of space to park.
Be careful when arriving while it's dark. We drove through paddocks of cows to get there and it may take a while as they are a bit slow to move lol.

Enjoyed our stay.
Pricey, but it's to be expected. Some power boxes are very far from site, although they have extension cords available I believe. Awesome playground for kiddies. Multiple laundry rooms and bathrooms. The main bathrooms have heaters above the showers and toilets which was beautiful! Outdoor hot tubs are available to hire if the Hanmer Springs aren't your thing. Nice kitchen and dining area. Dump station area is big and out of the way. Would definately come back.

Awesome place to freedom camp.
There's a sign on a power pole once you get into the paddock, so that you know you're in the right place. No facilities available. There was only us and another van when we went, with plenty of space. Good place to stay before or after visiting the salmon farm. I think they allow 2 nights.

Nice tidy campsite.
One of the cheaper places to stay in Picton. Arrived in the afternoon and got four powered sites in a row no worries. Clean, basic facilities. Hot showers. I'd come back for sure.
