Friendly staff, but boring single-filed horses that only want to stay in the same order in the line.

Without a doubt the most professional dive center I've ever experienced!
Staff was friendly and very well organized. The dive site was great and we had a wonderful day.

Great fun - friendly guide and nice horses (very keen on cantering).
We did the combo-tour and enjoyed it very much even though the weather was grey and windy.

1½ hour walk before getting onto the ice - We did the ½ day tour and only spent little less than an hour on the ice.
We're a couple aged 28 and felt the group was walking exceptionallly slow. The guide kept saying "ok, we'll walk another 10 minutes" and it turned out to be only 4 minutes before we took another break... Most of the guide's talk was about how dangerous the glacier is (death and destruction) and on how great the Fox guides are...
Once on the ice, however, the experience was nice - a cool glacier, but a slow tour. The gear was old and the boots were worn out. Franz Josefs tours' gear looked nicer and their customers got 2 hours on the ice...

Friendly guide and nice equipment.
Major disappointment: MSK does not hold a permit to go to Tonga Island - so we only spent 10 minutes in the actual marine reserve, whereas we could see other tours going to the island. This is a serious lamer when the tour description promised that we would "explore the Tonga reserve".

Always remember to see the car before you sign and pay for it.
The staff was great and friendly, but the car was alot older than I'd expected. 16 years and the fitting surely seemed more than 2 year old... Alot of mechanical stuff was not working and the fuel consumption was disapointing. The concept, however, is great - but I'd definately have a look at the Jucy next time - they looked newer and their fridges are twice as big (Alpha Spaceships only have room for 6 canned beers).
Hi Peter,
Thank you for your review. We're glad you found our staff friendly but we're sorry if you found your vehicle old, perhaps you would have been better suited to our newer Beta models which are on average about 10 years newer than the Alphas and you'll still get all the unique features of a Spaceship. We deliberately have a two-tiered fleet so those that want a cheaper model can get the Alpha and those that want a newer vehicle with improved features (fits more than a dozen beers in the fridge!) and better fuel economy can hire a Beta. You shouldn't have has any mechanical faults though for either vehicle type so we apologise for those, we hope you were able to call our office and get these fixed immediately.
Once again thank you for your valuable feedback.
Kind regards,
Space Cadet

Excellent experience - friendly guide, super coffee and perfect kayaking environment.
Guide however, was way too far ahead of the slowest kayak to be able to get to them in time if they would get in trouble (which they didn't).

Guide was awesome - best guide ever.
We saw some nice eels down there, and the absail was great. The cave itself wasn't all that much to talk about: Just a basic underground tunnel with a stream. The rafting was silly and the crawl-throughs were only short optional ones where (2-3 meters).
