Hired car through Car Fexi who charged ne $80 insurance.
Thrifty would not recognize this payment., Staff at WGN airport were extremely unhelpful. I have complained on thrifty customer service line twice and not recd any feedback . Customer service at Airport shit. Follow-up customer service is shit too. Will not be using this company ever again
