Not a bad park for the price.
Nice hot showers, close to beach and bus stop just up the road is a short run into city. Friendly staff. Kitchen a bit old and in need of an update. Signs everywhere you look stating the rules is a bit annoying..... kitchen strictly closed at 9pm, laundry strictly closed at 9pm, T.V room strictly closed at 9pm and the list goes on. Not too sure why one can't watch TV past 9pm. Was looking for the sign advising what time I needed to go to bed. Must be 50 signs in the park advising check out is 10 am. Everywhere you look there's another damn sign.

Was initially staying for 2 nights, but stayed a 3rd night.
I was even allowed to choose my own site. Super friendly staff go out of their way to help with bookings. Free unlimited wifi if you book a tour through them. Quirky bathrooms. Great communal kitchens and a short walk into town.

$10 per person plus $5 for power.
You're essentially only getting power. The bloke took my money and said the laundry will be open in an hour. The laundry never did open. The kitchen was filthy. I opened the oven and it was grubby and had an empty stubbie in it. I didn't even wash my dishes up in there. Only good thing was the hot showers and it's fairly quiet. Should have went with my gut instinct and stayed in town at the free site. If you want to compete with the free site, you need to lift your game and offer something better not worse. Take my advice and stay in town at the free camp.
