Large layby off of a quiet road, minimal road noise.
We did have some people driving by closely and revving there engines, rather intimidating! Good, well lit toilets. Nice spot just over the road to cook your dinner with a good view in to the bay, shame you can't park there. Oh and yes the hens are rather annoying!

Easy access just off of Highway One.
Friendly family running the place. Large area with lots of sites to choose from, some of them quite boggy however so may need to be careful in the rain. Just a minute walk to the beach. Numerous long drop toilet blocks with cold showers, hot ones available for $2. Would stay again.
