Found the last spot but did arrive at midnight.
The place was not windy for us, though quite rainy. Very quaint to hear the waves crashing. It is a nice place that gives you the feeling you’re far from a city yet you are close. The toilets are open all night and are very decent. The only minus point for me was that we were so close to the other campers but that’s probably because we got lucky previous nights.

The place was not all that straightforward to find, but is super calm (though busy with campervans, we were lucky to find a spot arriving at 9pm).
Only park in the lot at the far end of the parking! Toilets are fine, water is not drinkable. The view is probably gorgeous but it was very foggy and windy when we were there.

Very quaint with pretty view.
The toilets were okay for free camping, maybe a few to many odours compares to what we were used to in other freedom camping places but hey! They work the job! Don’t drive too fast on the gravel road it’s tilted and we did almost hurt ourselves arriving at night.

We arrived here at 6pm having made no reservation and it was no problem at all.
There are chickens running around all over the place, cute! The facilities are good, the kitchen large, i imagine in the summer itms a fun hang out. The showers are nice and warm and on no timer (read free). We were also able to wash all our stuff. We did the kayak day trip with hike back that left from the campground that was really great! Though the security information did almost scare us from going (don’t regret that we dis go). The pick up of the kayaks went smoothly, and for $3 they let us shower after even though we were not staying another night! Great place to start your walks!

If you know that there’s really no facilities, and are okay with this, it’s a great place!
Wake up with a beautiful peaceful view, only light distant noise from the road, very accessible. We got there around 6pm beginning of October, and were the 2nd campervan there, plenty of room.
