Fantastic spot, sunsets over the mountains and sunrise over the Pacific, plenty of space along scrub land beachside to find you a secluded spot, frequented by surfers, you wont be disappointed with this
spot. As of Dec 1st 2017 road works lorries nearby, but sunrise was 5:45am and they didn't start until 6am.

totally brilliant company, collected from our hotel on morning of hire & shuttled us back to airport when returned camper.
hired Koru motorhome for the 2 of us & my bike! totally reliable throughout our 4 week tour of NZ, clean & reliable.

Top spot 5 minutes off ferry especially as we were on 8.30pm arrival, don't pay online, just arrive and pick a spot and pay in morning - cheaper!
All amenities ok, train track adjacent, 1 train in night woke me not my wife!

Quiet & a signposted lovely scenic walk.

Top city centre spot doesn't get any better, currently 12 spaces available with power hook up, pay by card in meter, $29 till 8am or $39 check out mid day.
