We were here twice to break up the drive to Milford Sound.
It's right in the centre of the town, so if you prefer sleeping in the nature this is not for you. We loved the concept of the town opening up a stop for campers. Thanks Lumsden! It is very much appreciated.

The toilets are out of order!!!
All of them. The fee however is still the same. Lovely campsite, but useless without toilets. Too many sandflies.

It's the last campsite before Milford Sound, great location if you got an early cruise.
Nice view, lots of picnic tables, shelters & space for many cars. There are many toilet houses, but they are not open yet. Instead there are only two or three tiny, smelling drop toilets. $13 per person at the moment.

Spent two nights here, including one day just at the beach reading.
It's absolutely gorgeous. Stunning view and great beaches, lots of walks in the area. Lots of flies sadly. Clean bathrooms. $13 per person.

Toilets were very smelly and only the men's toilet was in use.
Very windy. $5 per person so that's good.
