The place is very beautiful and easy to find, but is quite far from the beach and we couldn't actually see any penguins, just 2 sea lions.

Beautiful place, clean and nice facilities, helpful staff.
If you contract any activities/tours with them you get unlimited wifi. Short walk from city centre.

Pros: Good location, Nice staff, bathrooms are nice and clean.
WiFi work es perfectly.
Cons: there were only 3 bathrooms, so when the park is full it can be a bit crowded; also the kitchen is quite small and has no places to eat inside.

I am glad you found the facilities clean and the wifi worked well for you. People normally prefer our ensuite style shower and toilet buildings as they are more like a hotel bathroom, we have applied to the council to build more toilets to avoid anyone having to wait so hope to have these approved and operating before the busy period starts. I guess you missed the sign for the guest lounge which is 20-30 metres from the kitchen and offers an area to eat inside - I will look at making a bigger sign. We hope the rest of your holiday goes well.

The location is great, easy to find, even if you arrive at night like we did.
Bathrooms were clean but had no showers open. Kitchen had no doors, so it was a bit cold.
The view when you wake up is priceless.
