I would like to write in to public the lousy car hire company,"Airport Car Hire Chrischurch".
We planned to travel to New Zealand in end March. I have booked my selected car from Omega NZ via http://www.christchurchairportcarhire.co.nz which I believe the company is registered under "iMALL INTERNET TRAVEL" in New Zealand. I have submitted my booking on 1st March and I received one notification email from them about my request with reference number "IM1162183" just after seconds i submitted my booking. On the next day, I received email about my double/triple booking with different reference numbers stated in my notification email (IM1162423 and IM1162433...) and 4 transactions (2 transaction per booking) have been deducted from my credit card. I went to hard time to get the full refund for the duplicate bookings due to system fault apparently. They never have a word of "sorry" and pushed the fault to us. I did seek further clarification but I didn't hear from them about the matter. Even i called up their hotline, no one is answering the phone. I really felt pissed off with this lousy company. Please don't keep yourself trapped into this unpleasant experience.
