horrible experience when a problem arose the priority was not the comfort much less the safety of the customer.
a raft had a problem and it resulted in a deletion of 25- 30% of the trip. Not good but the priority became "finish the day" B/c the guides had to come back after the trip was over and retrieve the problem raft and as our guide said "we are paid by the trip NOT the hour". @the end no apology no hot drink no advertised sauna a rushed exit to sell us pictures that were not even ready! DO NOT USE
We are disappointed your experience with us was not as planned. Recently one of our rafts did wrap and get caught up on rocks, which unfortunately slowed the trip. This does occur on occasion with Whitewater Rafting. This resulted in the trip not returning to the base until later than normal. Some clients needed to get back to town immediately due to the delay, which is why there wasn't a lot of time to relax back at the base. We assume this was on your trip and apologise if this incident resulted in you feeling rushed and disappointed.
