All the staff and pilots were professional, pleasant and helpful, both in person and on the phone.
Great flight and scenery, except for socked-in west coast. Glad to see the mighty Mt. Cook.

Damon provided an informative walk to view penguins, dolphins and the petrified forest.
He also told us about flax and kelp and about the efforts to protect the penguin colonies.

You can do a self-guided walk around Ulva Island, but a guided walk with very knowledgeable Ulva is an excellent way to learn much more.
She identified bird calls, pointed out the flora and fauna, recounted stories and history of the island and bird sanctuary, and was a pleasure to spend time with. Highly recommended.

Well looked after by Mike and Alex.
At the time of my dives in early February, there was no discernible freshwater layer as I expected, since there had been no rain for the past two weeks. I've seen more interesting dive sites, but Milford Sound may be the most beautiful topside scenery I've ever dived in
