We knew the van would be well used and it was.
It worked well and the cheap price financed lots of experiences. That’s the up side. When we picked up the van it was not clean, cooking soot and grease in the fabric above the cooktop. Dirt imbedded in the floor caulk. Rust stains in the bottom of the fridge.
Both the Christchurch and the Auckland offices were under staffed. Service was efficient but slooow.
Would not recommend to a friend that I wanted to keep.

‘Fun’ky decor was just right for Queenstown.
Staff was enthusiastic and so knowledgeable and helpful with tours and attractions. Bathrooms were clean but walkways and drives needed more attention. Litter and cigarette butts abound. Location was convenient walk to town and grocery across the street. Also quiet at night. Best ice cream in NZ at Patagonia! And trust me, I tried ALL the ice cream.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were clean and newish. Kitchen well equipped. We stayed on a powered site for one night. Great overall experience.

Camp staff were friendly and helpful.
Loved the ice cream store adjacent to the property! Kitchen and baths were dated but clean. Location on the beach was unbeatable. We stayed on a powered site for one night.
Great that you enjoyed your stay. Location is super

Staff here were great, super friendly and helpful.
The restaurant was outstanding. Bathrooms were clean and new. Didn’t use the kitchen so can’t rate that. Location on the river was nice but walking along the road to the Milford Sound Visitor Center was hazardous with tour bus traffic. The sound tours are a must do. Bring your ‘Bushman’s’ bus spray. Sandflies are brutal.

Clean and modern bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, convenient walking distance to groceries/restaurants and a longish walk to Caroline Bay.
We stayed at a powered site for two nights. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Thanks Mark, we are pleased you enjoyed our facilities and location. The 20 minute walk to the beach is mainly a pleasant stroll through the park with a nice view of the beach and town from the Benvenue Cliffs.

Staff were helpful.
Bathroom was old worn and not cleaned often enough. Dirty floor and toilet paper laying around at all times of the day. We stayed on a powered site for two nights. Location near the beach makes this a desirable site but camp maintenance detract.
