Thank you for feedback Switz. Yes, we have an average sight rate of 1-2 whales per tour, this is made well known in all our advertising. If for some reason a whale is not sighted on the tour we give 80% of our customers money back. Our sight rate is taken from average sightings of whales throughout the year on tours that have sailed. Cancelled trips do not in any way influence our sight rate.
