One of the most expensive holiday parks on our whole 3 week campervan trip.
$50 for one night 2 people. Feels more like a permanent resident holiday park with run down caravans and pitched tents. The only convenient thing about this place is the proximity to the airport, CBD and a pak n save. This has been the only holiday park where I feel that I actually need to lock my things up (a few dodgy looking characters about). No wifi and the toilets/showers could do with a renovation. This place wouldn't be my first pick in Auckland.

My first Top 10 park in NZ and I loved it!
- genuine welcome we received upon arrival by Michael where he even walked us to our campervan pitch
- the immaculate toilets/showers (free hot water for 6 minutes)
- huge kitchen with 2 stoves, 2 microwaves fridge/freezer
- laundry with 2 washers (3x$1 coins) and 2 dryers (2x$2 coins for 45 minutes but we had to use it again as our clothes weren't fully dry)
- TV room with lounges and a heater
- 5 minute walk to bottle shop and supermarket
Would definitely recommend to anyone!
Hi Brooke,
Thank you for the absolutely fantastic review you have left for our park. We are glad your stay was up to expectations, and that we had all the facilities on offer you required. Our close proximity to town is a huge advantage for all guests staying with us, and we hope you choose to stay with us again in the future

A nice warm welcome by the lady on reception.
$1 for 5 minutes of hot water although the facilities were very clean. Good sized powered pitch with a camping table. Not much nearby but a great place for an overnight rest on the way to Wellington (about 70 minutes).

A nice quiet caravan park just on the outskirts of Napier and close to the airport.
It wasn't very busy when we arrived but we were greeted warmly by the lady on reception and the check in process was very easy. The toilets and showers were clean however you have to pay 50cents for 4 minutes of hot water and there were only 2 showers in the ladies which in summer might be a problem. There was a pub over the road and a takeaway shop as well for anyone interested. Would stay here again.

For our first 2 nights my partner and I decided to stay here and we were not disappointed!
After a long days driving we were met by a very warm welcome and an easy check in process because we had already paid online. The lady on reception had even taken a phone message for us and was prompt in letting us use the phone for free. Extremely clean toilet and shower facilities that you don't need to pay for, washing/drying ($3 each) and a large rec room with a big kitchen. A quirky place filled with large dinosaurs, heated enclosed pool, close to the airport although we could barely hear any noise and just on the outskirts of the CBD (maybe a 5 minute drive). For anyone unsure I would definitely stay here again.
