Very good place.
Friendly reception people, very helpful with ideas to come to Wellington. Hot showers in a good house. 4 minutes are long enough. In summer it must be a fantastic place to have holidays...
Only the kitchen is not so well equipped.

Very friendly people.
Facilities clean. Good kitchen and barbecue place, but we could not use it because of heavy rain.
