Overnight cruise.
Cost = $500pp surrounding is nice but this is too much money for the service you get. Although we were with only 6 passengers the (young) crew introduced themselves as people who also want to have a good time. No problem, but it shouldn't be more important than your guests. Food was poor (crayfish = nice, but not as only ingredient with 1 potato).
I agree, very poor attitude form the crew; we're very sorry. I am not sure why you got a potatoe with your second of four courses; it should have been with the main course? Very sorry to hear you had a poor experience.

Off course our expectations were according to price, but: long waiting times at pick up.
Not working credit card machine, had to go to airport to get money etc. Van is really old, rusty, noisy, 1 ACU not working, broken camp chair etc.

I am sorry to hear that you had a long wait at the airport - we are looking at ways to improve this over our busy season to reduce the wait time for our clients. The credit card machines are usually working, so I am sorry that this service was down when you collected your campa and had to go to get cash out. I apologise for this.
Our campervans do go through quality control checks before they are dispatched so we can make sure our vans are given to all our travellers in great condtion - I am sorry that you experienced some broken equiptment - I will definatley pass on your feedback to our customer service managers.

Most holiday parks are not our favourite but this one is really awful.
Like a caravan parking, you're built in between others. This will cost you $30. Showers not included. Drive to Glenorchy - along the road lots of nice DOC camp sites.
