Thank you for taking the time to share you comments Denecke. When working with nature we cannot predict from one day to the next what is going to happen out on our tours. One day there maybe 2 whales and the next there maybe 5, everyday is different which is what makes this job so interesting. I am sorry that you were not informed at the time of booking that there were on 2 whales in the area. When the whales come to the surface they are there for anywhere from 5 - 15 minutes re-oxygenating, digesting food, and getting rid of waste product. Totally up to them how long they take to do this process, we count it a priviledge to be able to view these beautiful creatures in their our natural environment during this time. As with all marine based activities we are totally at the discretion of nature in all aspects of our operation, the weather & the whales.
