While initially a good experience with Jucy, this was however overshadowed by the lack of communication and disregard towards my concerns.
I rented a car with Jucy in December 2016,
I picked up the car paying in full the amount owed. On three occasions, whilst at Jucy in New Zealand, I requested they check I had paid in full, only to return and be charged five months later an additional amount of money without any prior notification. After countless phone calls I finally received an email replying to inform me that I had not been notified as the initial email failed to send. After explaining my situation, and needing to send this email twice, as I had not received a reply in over a week, my email has now been forwarded to the feedback team. Now, over a week later, I have had no contact, nor any explanation for this very annoying situation.
Would definitely not recommend renting from Jucy!
