Path is very well maintained and well signposted.
Beautiful views all the way along the path - changes from coastal views to bush views, waterfalls etc. Cleopatras Pool is a must see.

Good range of geothermal activity.
Champagne Pool was brilliant. Lots of walks - self guided and well signposted. Watched the Geyser but only lasted a minute or two and was overcrowded.

Excellent customer service - dealt with enquiries promptly.
A couple of things let the van down (issue with cooker and water) but they have been helpful in sorting these out as quickly as possible.
