Incredible location settled around mountains.
Enclosed seating/dining area to help keep out the cold. Facilities were clean. Really friendly staff who gave awesome advice on good tracks to take.
Stayed one night in early June and woke up to snow! Walked the Kea Point track to see the blue glacial waters. Definitely one of the most beautiful spots we camped at!

A little pricey but the cheapest location closest to the town centre.
Facilities were great; huge clean double kitchen with 8 total stoves. Computer access, tv room, plenty of outlets for charging. Bathrooms well kept equally large .
Facilities do close at 11pm so don't start cooking your meal at 10:45 they WILL kick you out .

No running water at least in early June in neither bathrooms nor kitchen area.
No drinking water provided. Very empty when we went. Cheap place to stay within 20 minute drive from Queenstown. As you get close to the site the road is gravely. Good for 4WD but we slowly made it in our minivan.
