Once you find the park it is lovely!
Separated from the beach by only a row of trees and sand dunes. Beach is fabulous. Spent the whole day walking on it. Cave on one end and climbing rocks. Park is a large level grassy are that has picnic tables and a playground. Room for many campers. Very quiet area. Bathrooms were clean and basic. Signage could be better-arriving at nite we had a difficult time determining where it was. Zero signage designating camping area.

Located centrally in Blenheim.
Grocery store and fuel very close. Quiet.
Campsite is in a city car park. One small sign on a building wall indicates it's a freedom campsite. It is not marked or obvious where to park.

Very lovely location beside a river/lake.
Lots of room. We stayed here at end of May and there were at least 15-20 camper vehicles. Still plenty of room.
Very basic - grass and trees. We did not find it noisy.
