Basic DOC site.
Was a great stop for us after a long drive through Arthurs Pass from Kaikoura heading to the West Coast..... but we arrived too late to enjoy any views..... We parked near the picnic area. There were at least 5 others there even in winter which was rare to see during our trip at any DOC site. Had the DOC pass so was free for us.

Price was $10 per person for a powered site....
had all the basic utilities but didn't manage to use any of them as arrived late at night but otherwise an okay ground for me.

An awesome company..i book my campervan from 2/7-16/7 but turn out our flight was early on 16/7@ 6.30 am..the lady there was so nice giving us an overnight stay at the depot..campervan was in good shape
too...plus free hot choc when we arrive...
