Beautiful thermal park, wonderfully arranged viewing platforms and walkways.
Only complaint would be the attitude of the staff which was a little cold and that was not helpful.

Great service, easy to contact and find, very informative upon arrival.
Was dropped off at Bark Bay by friendly boat driver, even brought us out of the way to show us Split Apple Rock, really sweet!

Really cool exhibits!
Different than a lot of museums, they had contemporary film pieces and a gallery dedicated to Kiwi togs throughout the ages, really, really cool.
