Great place to make sure you have plenty of time for getting the salmon prepared and have lunch there as it is a good experience.
Make sure you buy some bait though as the salmon are smart. Staff were not very well trained so ask a lot of questions. Salmon was a bit fatty but tasted okay.

If you have a young family and not up to a half/full day kayak trip then just rock up to Kaiteriteri Kayaks and book a freedom kayak for 30 minutes or 1 hour and the whole family can take turns kayaking
around the bay.

Stunning!!
Only a short walk to the Springs. We arrived in the evening on an overcast day and the Springs did not disappoint. Kids loved it as well!
