INCREDIBLE company and experience!
We did the underworld rafting tour with Mark and had the most incredible day. The caves are way Better than Waitamo, less touristy, and the tour was a highlight of our trip. Worth every penny, HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Main point: We had to get TOWED on day 2 of our trip.
It was a mechanical error that was extremely dangerous and the car should NOT have been delivered to us in a manner that was not safe. It was fixed quickly and lost time was minimal. Customer service was OK.
We rented a luxury van which was much older and dirtier than we expected, it had over 200,000 miles on it and it showed. The car was not as roomy as expected and wish we had hired a bit larger car in the end. Storage space was minimal.
Would not rent this company again.

One of our favorite campsites in NZ.
Friendly staff, restaurant and bar was so fun. Campsites great along with the rooms if you wanted a break from camping. Cheap and great facilities
