Pretty hyped spot.
Was not the best weather when we arrived (mid September) but I can't imagine it to be that good with nice weather. The Boulders itself are quite interesting but only for 5-10 minutes. Maybe go there during a sunset.

Short walk to the viewpoint.
Stay close to the fence to avoid a detour. Nice view and saw a white rainbow (halo).

Very adventurous track.
Headlamp and good boots are recommended. Do not go in there if you have problems with narrow spaces. Otherwise try it! It is a little challenging but worth it! Includes glowworms if you dare to turn the headlamp off every now and then.

Most beautiful lake I have ever seen.
Go there when it is sunny with some clouds. Turquoise water that is also incredibly clear.

Went there mid September.
It was very cloudy but the view from the top was magnificent anyway. Do not get confused after the Clearwater Lake Camp, you still have to drive around 20 minutes until you reach the parking spot.

We were at first disappointed at the viewing house for the Yellow Eyed Penguins but you can also go to right along the fence before the house.
A Yellow Eyed Penguin came and sat right beside us.
