Great gardens.
Well designed. I always visit botanic gardens whenever I travel to get an overview of the country. This was interesting because they do not seem keen on weeding! Convolvulus, goose grass and other perennial weeds in evidence.

Fascinating visit.
Very well organised. Great museum, only downside is the paucity of parking for campervans. If you end up across the road you have to pay double if you need to straddle two bays.

Punakaiki Pancake Rocks and Blowholes

Rocks and blowholes are fascinating.
The loop track is very pleasant although we did a there and back walk rather that 2km on the road.
