Horrendous experience with jucy, we booked a car rental 3 weeks in advance for a 9am pick up.
We arrived at 9am and were told that our car wasn't ready because it was being cleaned, we were kept waiting over 1 hour and the car was still nowhere near ready. Some customers who arrived after us were released their cars, others were also told their car wasn't ready. Unfortunately we had a surf lesson booked and paid for which we then couldn't attend because they wouldn't release the car to us. We noticed that other customers were returning cars at 9am, the same pick up time that had been booked out to us. It's quite obvious that if one customer is only returning the car at 9am then it couldn't possibly be ready for another customer also at 9am! It seems this company care far more about making money than they do about customer satisfaction, we will never rent with jucy again and I would strongly recommend other customers think twice before making a booking!

I'm so sorry to hear that you had to wait and that that in turn impacted your travel plans. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we often don't have the cars available prior to pick up which can prolong pick up times. However, this is an area we are working really hard to improve on so your feedback is very much appreciated.
