We saw a sperm whale lying on the surface taking oxygen for 10 minutes before he went back diving.
A great experience and friendly staff.
Wendy- thank you very much for your review. We will be sure to pass on your feedback to our staff.
Best wishes

Definitely worthwhile!!
We did a three hour trek and had a view over five lakes. Lucy Plane was the very friendly owner and she did everything to make your trip unforgettable.

A boat trip to the Maori Rock Carvings.
With free drinks and free snacks. It was okay, but as a vegetarian hardly anything to eat. You have to be early to have a good spot to sit. The swimming in the lake was short but nice.

Unbelievable that this museum is free!
Wonderful, it can measure up with the biggest in the world. Especially the exhibition about World War 1, Gallipoli was amazing!

We did the tour at 5:30am, when the Dusky Dolphins were very lively and playful.
The most enchanting thing I did in my life. The only negative is that the people in the water is too much.

Another great thing to do in Kaikoura.
We got a lot of information about sperm whales and the staff looked out for them with echo location. We saw two. A marvellous moment when they went down.
