Lovely place.
Reception were super helpful throughout. Hot pools were great and saved paying to visit the ones in the city centre. Good laundry room $3 wash. Table tennis in the TV room, bats available from reception for a deposit. Hot showers.

Great little free location.
Particularly enjoyed the talking toilet and playground. Superb views along the river. Few facilities but good for a free site. Last train was much later than the 9.30pm.
