Regarding the leak problem it appears it was only due to the waste tank not being emptied daily and subsequently leaking out the top overflow system.... and you also mention about equipment?

We supply enough for 2 pp as it is a 2 berth van! but we would have happily given you as much as required had I been made aware of this? ...you should have just called as we are always keen to help out or even if its just to give some local advice?

The camper you were in was a 2004 x KEA built model camper at a very reduced rate. They are built with a very high specification and contain the best inner sponge available... If you wanted something near new we could have happily offered a later model 2008 2 berth deluxe S/T at another NZD$120 per day?

The rate you payed is comparable to a backpacker style of camper which I am sure you would have seen in your travels. Our older 1999 economys are $10 less per day in comparison to the discounted rate you paid and the model you had....and I threw in ferry fares as well in the deal!

The vehicle is not advertised or even fitted with A/C so i cant comment on this any further?.

Given the very dissapointing 5/10 rating you have posted ( 8 or even 9 might have done?) does this mean we are half as good as all the other reviews due to 2 very minor unknown issues that we werent even given the opportunity to remedy? one of which was a personal preference to have more plates which is fine ...or was your holiday only half as good due to these minor issues?... given you were out for 28 days it wasnt going to be a problem to get some extra equipment for you as we have numerous accounts at facilities throughout NZ!....Heck had I known, I would have even delivered them personally to keep the service/ranking results up...lol
