The runs of new six pack chair are crowded with a dangerous mix of snowboarders + skiers, gross traffic makes it a touch and go experience.
Super hard snow makes for unpleasant skiing. All of the lifts are seldom run.

We stayed here in November.
We thought it quite busy with foreign tourists which made it interesting, the beach is excellent, campground large, well organised + spotlessly clean. Highly recommended.

Lovely location by a small river.
Beautiful setting with its tress. Facilities old and a bit run down but not too bad when not crowded, I would stay there again.

I rode the DOC built, recently opened MTB track in September.
First third of the track was a mud hole - impossible to ride & constant water bars make riding unpleasant. Yet I would recommend as a summer (dry) ride.
