The campervan (VW Grafter) is a very good car with an enthusiastic engine and a good resilience, enough space for two persons.
The equipment could be a little bit better. For example a wire mesh at one window.

From Te Anua to Lake Manapourie by bus, then with a boat over Lake Manapourie, by bus to Doubtful Sound, cruising overnight by boat in Doubtful Sound.
