This is the worst caravan park ever; have been travelling Aus/ Nz for7 weeks!

Haven't encountered any park quite like this! We called ahead to the sister campground; were told Glacier Country had lots of sites to accommodate our camper van and that we could not make a reser ahead of time. When we arrived had to wait for the very nice reception fellow, only to find out the only site available was basically inext to a pile of gravel jammed in between a juicy camper van and a cottage. We could have squeezed into a non powered site that we looked at after taking the scrunchy power site. These sites are very rustic and very newly made in the bush! To say this is a boutique style campground is just a joke!!! There is nothing boutique about this place! We paid 39$ for one night to sit in a gravel pile with only Two showers and one toilet make/female. We also were told we could go they a fence further thru the campsite; to find a site. Good grief; they were clearing trees and it was just a mess! Couldn't see a campsite over there. What upsets me the most is the price for absolutely nothing. Would rather have stayed in a parking lot because that's all this park was! The only redeeming factor was the nice fellow who booked us in! Overall, this place is a money grab with no service or amenities; don't stay here unless you r stuck as we were!
