The Mt Robert Loop was a wonderful hike above Nelson Lakes.
Much of the hike is above the bush line with expansive views.

Rob Roy Track

The Rob Roy Glacier and adjacent waterfall were spectacular.
The track is well maintained and a relatively easy uphill jaunt. The drive from Wanaka is about one hour, but the most amazing scenery along the drive is great as well.
