Stayed 1 night only, quite stunning location, great value, beautifully maintained.

Lovely helpful people, amazing walk up the valley. Nice little restaurant and bar 5 minutes walk over the bridge.

Great location very close to Mt Cook and the walks and glaciers.

Basic ground and facilities but who cares with all this around you. Ideal for self contained van. Bar, cafe, food etc at the Hermitage if you need. Cold even in January when we were there. Rug up.
