1) on pick up, motorhome was immaculately turned out (interior and exterior).

2) motorhome was in very good condition ( we had the early bird upgrade to a recent model - it was a 2018).

3) motorhome was exactly as described/expected. Tv was an Avtex model, with a sat.dish.

4) all fittings worked and the kitchen equipment etc. was of a good quality (the sharp kitchen knife was sharp, the peeler did peel, crockery was Corelle china).

5) phone support whilst on the road was prompt, friendly and efficient- thank you Maryann.

6) when our holiday was cut short by the Covid19 lockdown, the staff were very kind - far more so than other some companies used by fellow travellers.

7) We would absolutely use this company again - indeed plan to when we can get back to NZ.
