Overall a really good experience!
My instructor Ian was fantastic! I felt safe throughout the entire experience. The rest of the staff were generally very friendly, but there was a constant feeling of "upsell" on items like DVDs and photos. - I would recommend the 12,000 ft jump. I did the 15,000 and my favorite part was the parachute, which I believe would be the same length of time for either trip. - I'd recommend this to a friend. :)

I am disappointed you felt there was a constant feeling of upsell. The team at TTS only want to provide you with all the information for you to make an informed decision on which package to take. We like to ensure you make the right decision as once you get back on the ground it is too late. The reason we are so passionate about the 15,000 feet skydive is that most people enjoy the freefall part the most as it is 60 seconds at 15,000 feet. I am glad you enjoyed the parachute ride so much.

The Mt.
Ruapehu Vista trip was a cool preface to the walk I hope to do soon. The trip was really great. The pilot was friendly and good about explaining the views. I really enjoyed myself!
