Excellent place right on the beach.
Crashing waves, beautiful scenery. Lots of spaces and we parked 50m from anyone and there was about 15 campers there. No facilities so needs to be self contained.

Really busy place.
Having said that if early you can sit right by the lake and it's amazing views.. No other facilities other than toilet. However easy access to water and rubbish bins on way to Taupo .

Lovely quiet campsite.
Reasonable price lovely hosts. Couldn't do enough for us. By a river with access. Free washing. Only 4 travelling sites with 4/5 cabins all with private hedging. Relaxed with chickens strolling around. Very near to beach.
