Excellent base for the Alpine Crossing, you can book your transport with the helpful staff in reception too.
If the rain delays the walk then there are free dvd's to borrow from reception which helps pass the time. Facilities were always very clean despite there seeming to be a lot of people using them. Would stay here again if I decide to do the crossing again.

Good clean facilities including hot showers.
Family orientated place with the swimming pool in the middle. Sites were nicely spaced out with room each side. Could do with a few more washing machines as there was a long wait to be able to put a load on.

Thanks so much for taking the time to share your feedback; we really appreciate it. It's great to hear what we're doing well, and also what could be improved. It's a bit tight in the laundry at the moment, but we'll look into how we might be able to make it work better for our guests.

Helpful staff and good location in Raglan.
Facilities were clean and showers hot. I imagine if it was full it might feel a bit cramped. Watching the sunset on the beach is a must.
