Quiet little town but the camping ground was spot on, has all the facilities you need, even a sink for washing up.
Was quite busy but it gave it a nice atmosphere.

Thicket Burn Campsite

Follow signs to Lake Hauroko, it was really pretty down by the lake (car park) but there was hundreds of flies/mossies so we didn't want to be outside and we had to leave really early in the morning because
they'd all got in the car. Nice spot but be prepared.
