I am sorry to hear that your JUCY Campa did not live up to your expectations! It is very concerning to hear that your fridge didn't work during your booking - I do hope that this got resolved quickly once you contacted us to report it along with the power cord. Our campervans do go through quality control checks before they are dispatched so I am sorry that this wasn't working before you departed. I will be passing this feedback onto our branch managers.
