Friendly crew but a horrible way of travelling.

Sorry to see your review. Did you actually travel on Stray? It would be great if you could be more specific on why you don't like Stray? We get 98% customer satisfaction usually and are not sure why you didn't enjoy yourself if you did go on our bus? (there are so many factors - buses, activities, walks, accommodation, locations, groups, timetables, reservations...)
