Nice view.
Two places to park, one for self contained, one apparently not. We were in the self contained as the other was very full when we arrived at 6pm. We were 4 vans and 2 tents in the other - even though it was for self contained. Quiet car park, decent place to stop.

A big campsite and we paid $60 for a powered site for 2 people - but it was still a great stop.
Very good and plentiful facilities, showers, kitchen, etc. Not too noisy where we were next to the beach but I could see it might be if you had a spot on the middle of the site. Helpful staff, immaculately clean and the beach at Hahei is amazing. Enjoy it.

Stayed for one night, a long way through town to get to this windy point.
But a great spot to stay. Only maybe 8-10 spaces but there were just 4 of us in mid December. Self contained only and some people came to check but I think there are some toilets too. Right on the beach with a few friendly locals around. Isolated - in a good way.

We stayed here for one night on our way up the coast, was very windy but overall good.
Only 5 spaces for vans but we were just 3. Toilets ok and a cold shower, plus a lovely 8km beach to have a run on in the morning. Not so scenic one way as you're in a part of town but 20m to the beach the other way so who cares?!
