Place near the toilets closed by big rock due to vandalism.

You can park at small car park near the road and walk to 300m to the toilets. If too much rain you ll have to walk in 5 five cms water on concrete bridge. No water. Only river. Walk to forest closed due to kauri dieback :(. not so clean place because of people. Can be a bit noisy depends on nights. No noise after 11pm. Thanks DOC for keeping this parking open after vandalism.
