Very easy going, easy to book, cheaper than competitors, good care of customer but van could be much more clean.
We expected a cleaner van, the engine is a bit weak.
Thanks for your review Romain - we take pride in the cleanliness of our vans so this is a bit of a concern. Please can you contact us with your booking number so we can investigate. In terms of the engine performance, we do state on our website that all vans are a 2.0L petrol engine. They're not going to win any hill climb rallies but we feel they strike a nice balance between performance and economy.
